The Growth Company's (GC) Employment team, as part of the MOJ Personal Wellbeing service, is offering a fantastic opportunity for a Key Worker. This role will deliver a range of guidance and support services for participants under the supervision of the National Probation Service. You will work closely with individuals to support sustained improvement in health and wellbeing, including developing coping strategies, addressing mental health concerns, and fostering stronger community and family connections. Our experienced keyworkers deliver both one-to-one and group support to individuals overcoming complex barriers such as physical disabilities, mental ill-health, social isolation, relationship breakdown and debt. Please note, this role requires flexibility to work across three offices throughout Merseyside, including Knowsley, Sefton, and Liverpool. Key Responsibilities: Deliver personalised wellbeing support that meets the individual needs and complexity levels of each service user. Manage a caseload of participants to help them achieve personal wellbeing goals and contractual outcomes. Develop and maintain effective relationships with local health and wellbeing services, including statutory and voluntary sector organisations. Provide support through multiple channels, including face-to-face, digital, and group sessions. Create and maintain high-quality, strength-based action plans tailored to individual needs. Ensure compliance with Wellbeing contract requirements and data quality standards. Take part in peer observations and implement feedback to continuously improve service delivery. Accurately maintain case notes and reporting using internal systems. About You: Personable, empathetic, and driven to make a difference in people's lives. Adaptable and confident in working across various community and probation settings. Experienced in managing a diverse caseload with a structured, goal-oriented approach. Knowledgeable about local support services across health, wellbeing, and social care. A strong team player with excellent communication and organisational skills. Skills & Experience Required: Proven experience of delivering personal wellbeing interventions, ideally within a criminal justice or similar setting. Experience working with individuals who have complex needs, including mental health issues. Demonstrable ability to design and deliver both one-to-one and group-based support sessions. Strong IT literacy and experience with case management systems. Comfortable working to targets in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Flexibility to travel across Merseyside and adapt to the needs of the service.
