Day to day as internal sales executive your role will be varied : Managing and developing a portfolio of existing, lapsed, and potential customers Selling core range of products Re-engaging lapsed and lost customers to rebuild relationships and recover business Reviewing order history and identifying lost lines, understanding reasons and proposing solutions Promoting new product development (NPD), arranging samples and managing follow-ups, securing listings and gathering structured customer feedback on samples Supporting clearance stock activity within agreed margin and volume guidelines Conducting competitor research and producing a weekly market intelligence report Recording all customer interactions, feedback, and insights accurately within the CRM system Learning technical aspects of our products and how they solve our customers problems. You will be : Tenacious and confident on the phone with sales experience Organised and detail-oriented, especially with CRM updates Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workload effectively Resilient and motivated, able to perform under pressure and work towards targets Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset Detail-focused, especially when managing CRM data and customer records This is office based 08:30-5 or 08:00 to 5:30 if prefer Monday-Friday - Upto £29,000 p.a. plus yealry bonus
