Meridian Business Support are working with an established National Private Healthcare Provider client who are looking to recruit a Home Manager to lead a large Nursing Home in the Downham Market area of Norfolk.

Key duties and responsibilities
1. Provide leadership and direction to the homes staff team, promoting a culture of kindness, compassion, and empathy.
2. Recruit, train, motivate, and retain a team of skilled care professionals committed to delivering person-centred care.
3. Ensure the home meets all regulatory requirements, including those set by the CQC, and maintain excellent standards of care and support.
4. Manage the homes budget, ensuring financial targets are met and costs are effectively managed.
5. Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan to maintain full occupancy and promote the homes services to potential residents, families, and stakeholders.
6. Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and all stakeholders, responding effectively to their needs and concerns.
