Job Title: Experienced Fabricator/Welder
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fabricator/Welder to join our client’s team at Knowsley Industrial Estate. The ideal candidate will be proficient in assembling, fabricating, and welding various metal components, with specific experience in manufacturing items such as staircases, balustrades, reservoir tanks, and frames.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assemble, fabricate, and weld metal components.
* Utilize both MIG and TIG welding techniques.
* Work independently and collaboratively within a team.
* Work Hours: Monday to Thursday: 08:00 AM – 04:30 PMFriday: 08:00 AM – 03:30 PM
* Pay Rate: £17-£19 per hour, depending on experience.
Requirements:
* Extensive experience in MIG and TIG welding.
* Previous supervisory experience is beneficial for mentoring junior team members.
* Qualified to City & Guilds Level 3 in Welding & Fabrication or equivalent industry experience.
* Proven experience in manufacturing staircases, balustrades, reservoir tanks, and frames.
* Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
* Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
* Strong time management and a positive attitude.
* Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols.
