Location: North East Region (based from Middlesbrough: 4 Redesdale Court, Whorlton Road, TS2 1RL)
Rate of Pay: £15.83 per hour + bonus based on target performance
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Hours: 39 hours per week
Shift Pattern
* Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:45 PM
* Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:45 PM
Professional Painter & Decorator – Join Our North East Team
We're looking for an experienced and motivated Painter & Decorator to join our team working across the North East. Based from our Middlesbrough Office, you'll be delivering high-quality internal and external painting and decorating works across a variety of projects

Key Responsibilities
* Carry out all aspects of painting and decorating including surface preparation, painting, and minor repairs
* Work on both internal and external finishes using a variety of materials and techniques
* Erect and use access equipment safely (full training and equipment provided)
* Install temporary screening to protect work areas and the public where needed
* Monitor material usage and maintain adequate stock levels
* Ensure tools and equipment are properly used, cleaned, and maintained
* Follow work plans and complete tasks within agreed timescales and budgets
* Record work activity and completion using mobile technology (training provided)
What We're Looking For
* Experience: Minimum of 5 years checkable experience in painting and decorating
* Qualifications: Ideally NVQ Level 2 or equivalent; time-served or apprenticeship-trained preferred
* Skills: Excellent attention to detail, good communication, and strong customer service skills
* Organisation: Able to manage workload, work independently, and meet deadlines
* Driving Licence: Preferred but not essential
* Technology: Comfortable using a smartphone to upload job information and photos
