We are currently on the lookout for anEcommerceCustomer Service Assistant to join our online team. This is a varied role which should keep you constantly engaged.You'llbe involved with key areas of the online business, across stock, customer service, and dispatch.
You'llprocess customer orders from placement to picking product, packingparcelsand sending with external delivery services.You'llassistcustomers over the phone, via email, and on our live chat service, answering their questions about our amazing range, styling,purchasingand delivery queries.
You'llalso be involved in our stock process, from checking off deliveries to implementing stockroom plans,you’llquickly learn about the product lifecycle and the importance of sticking to deadlines.

This role would particularly suit someone at an early stage in their career who is keen to develop their skills within a dynamic, customer-focused environment. Due to the nature of the role, candidates based within a reasonable commuting distance of Stratford-upon-Avon would becritical.Full training will be provided. We are looking to recruit either a part time orfull-timerole, which includes some weekend work.
Salary:£8.00-£12.75 per hour(subject to age and experience)
