We are working with a global experiential and events agency that delivers design-led, high-impact brand experiences for leading tech, entertainment, and consumer brands worldwide.
They are looking to hire a Senior Production Manager to join their London-based team, leading the delivery of large-scale live, virtual, and hybrid events across international markets.
This is a senior, hands-on role responsible for the end-to-end production management of complex and creative projects. Domestic and international travel is an essential part of the role.
Responsibilities
Lead the day-to-day production delivery of large-scale experiential projects
Manage all aspects of technical production, including AV, lighting, staging, broadcast, and set build
Own production budgets, schedules, logistics, and supplier management
Collaborate closely with internal creative, studio, and producer teams
Act as a key point of contact for clients and external partners
Oversee on-site delivery and show execution
Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to an exceptional standard
Requirements
Minimum 5 years' experience within an agency environment
At least 2 years in a Senior or Lead Production Manager role
Proven experience delivering international live events
Experience across IRL, virtual, and hybrid event formats
Strong organisational and project management skills
Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management ability
Technical production knowledge is highly desirable
