Aspion Search is partnering with a well-established engineering manufacturer seeking a hands-on Electrician with strong panel-building experience. You’ll be responsible for supporting bespoke machinery builds and industrial control systems — from small motor starter panels to large, multi-million-pound equipment.
This is a varied, workshop-based role where you’ll work closely with electricians, electrical design engineers, and software engineers to deliver complete control systems from start to finish. Candidates with a background in industrial installations, machinery build, or electrical panel assembly are especially encouraged to apply.

The Role of the Electrician:
Install containment and cabling for industrial control and power systems
Terminate cables at control panels and distribution boards
Assemble and wire control panels
Service, maintain, and perform final testing of electrical systems
Support workshop builds from start to completion
Work to QHSE standards and company procedures
Occasional site work as required
About the Electrician:
Time-served Electrician with a recognised electrical qualification (NVQ or equivalent)
Strong understanding of industrial installations up to 415V
Experience with 3-phase motors, control systems, and PLC-related equipment
Knowledge of containment, trunking, and glanding work
18th Edition Wiring Regulations & Inspection & Testing (preferred but not essential)
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, “can-do” attitude
Full UK Driving Licence
Good physical fitness – comfortable standing and working on feet throughout the day
