Total Hygiene Operative
Our client based in Hereford is looking for Total Hygiene Operatives to join their team. No experience is necessary, full training is provided on commencement of the assignment.
About the role:
As a Total Hygiene operative, you will play an instrumental part in achieving the required hygiene standards with the Hygiene team. You will adhere to health and safety at all times and follow all tasks in line with food safety rules. You’ll be working in a fast-paced, dynamic FMCG factory environment, which is noisy and refrigerated in some areas.
Duties Include:
1. Manual handling of plant and equipment
2. Isolation of plant and machinery
3. Carrying out instructions as given by your Team Leader/Management
What you need to be successful:
* Understanding and attainment of both individual and department targets.
* Awareness of the usage of material and energy sources.
* Co-operate in the continuous improvement of quality, safety, and productivity standards.
* Meeting housekeeping and hygiene standards individually and as part of a team.
* Compliance with food safety and HSE guidelines.
* Good level of English and basic numeracy skills.
* The ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively.
* Good attention to detail and a flexible attitude to tasks.
* Experience within a production/manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.

Friday 17:00-01:00 / Saturday 18:00-06:00 / Sunday 18:00-06:00 / Monday 22:00-06:00
