Great role for an experienced Purchase Ledger Assistant, joining an established and growing construction company, ensuring Invoices are processed and paid within agreed Terms.
Key responsibilities include :
* Registering purchase invoices
* Matching purchase invoices to purchase orders and delivery tickets
* Coding and posting invoices
* Reconciliation of supplier statements
* Resolution of queries and disputes with suppliers
* Payment of suppliers by BACS or cheque
* Associated responsibilities as needed
Experience of high volume purchase ledger responsibilities is essential, construction sector experience desired though not essential.
