Finance Systems Support Analyst - Unit 4, Agresso
6 month contract with immediate start - Inside IR35 - Interviews on Friday and start on 21st July
We are looking for an immediate start contractor to provide incident, response and service request support on a finance system (Unit 4, Agresso).
You will not only manage the BAU service support responding to tickets and escalations with up to 450 tickets a month but also look at implementing customer centric strategy to help reduce initial incidents.
Standard elements like setting up new users, providing 1st line fix and overal general expectation management.
It would be ideal if you can bring some cloud based experience.
