We\'re currently recruiting for a Highway Maintenance Operative based in Kings Lynn (PE30 5BN) on a temp-to-perm basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dedicated team maintaining vital road infrastructure across the region.
Responsibilities
* Summer: Lane closures, barrier repairs, inspections, debris removal, cone deployment
* Winter: Gritting across the network
Training
* IPV Motorway Training
* Lantra TTMBC & 12A Traffic Management
* Highways England Winter Maintenance
Requirements
* HGV Class 2 licence
* Valid Driver CPC
Pay & Benefits
* Days: £13.84/hr
* Nights: £18.45/hr
* Overtime: Base + 50% (Weekdays, Sat, Sun)
* Standby Retainer: £143/week
* Winter Maintenance: Paid as overtime
