Youll be carrying out a mix of maintenance, repairs, and servicing of specialist equipment used to support individuals in their homes and community settings.
What the Maintenance Operative Will be doing
* General maintenance and repair work across equipment and facilities
* Servicing and maintaining mobility and disability aids (training provided)
* Fault finding and carrying out repairs
* Making sure all work is completed safely and to standard
* Logging jobs and reporting any issues
* Assisting with installations, removals, and refurb work
* Providing a reliable, no-nonsense service
What Were Looking For as a Maintenance Operative
* Experience in handyman / maintenance / facilities roles
* Practical skillset (mechanical, basic electrical or plumbing knowledge ideal)
* Able to work independently and use initiative
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
* Good attitude someone who just gets on with it
* Someone willing to take a Enhanced DBS check
