Project Manager
Up to £40,000 + Hybrid Working (2 days per week in Nottingham City Centre)

About the Role
We're looking for a motivated Project Manager with around 2+ years' experience who's ready to step into a role where they can grow, take ownership and build confidence delivering a variety of business‑wide initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Manage projects aligned to the organisation's strategic objectives
Support the full project lifecycle from planning through to delivery and benefits realisation
Communicate effectively with stakeholders across the business
Assist with managing risks, issues, dependencies and budgets
Work closely with IT, operations and software teams
Coordinate third‑party suppliers or contractors when needed
Produce clear, pragmatic project documentation
Report regularly on project progress
Build strong working relationships across internal departments
Uphold company values and contribute to a positive project culture
Skills & Experience
Essential:
Around 2+ years' experience in a regulated environment (legal, banking, financial services, insurance, or similar)
Experience working in IT, software, or operations environments
Some hands‑on exposure to project coordination or project delivery
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Highly organised with good attention to detail
Comfortable working independently and managing competing priorities
Good understanding of project documentation, reporting and governance
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
A formal project management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2 Foundation/Practitioner, APM or equivalent)
Desired:
Experience delivering or supporting IT or operational projects
Familiarity with project tools such as MS Project or Smartsheet
Lean, Six Sigma or Agile knowledge/certification
