Customer Service Administrator
We are supporting a well-established business in Aldershot in their search for a proactive and organised Customer Service Administrator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous customer service experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle customer enquiries & orders via phone & email
2. Update customers on the status of their orders & notify them of any changes to delivery schedules
3. Monitor & log customer complaints, ensuring timely follow-up
4. Accurately raise & process orders within the CRM system
5. Support the wider team with general administrative tasks
6. Work collaboratively across departments to ensure smooth customer journeys
What We’re Looking For:
7. Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role
8. Confident and comfortable communicating over the phone
9. Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
10. Ability to multitask and manage a varied workload
11. A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to support the wider team
What’s on Offer:
12. Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm
13. Salary of up to £30,000 DOE
