Are you a dedicated and passionate Speech & Language Therapist looking to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people with additional needs? Hays Education is working in partnership with a wide network of SEN schools across the London area, and we are recruiting skilled SaLT professionals for both long-term and permanent roles.
About the Opportunities
We support a variety of specialist settings, including:
* Autism-specific provisions
* Complex needs and PMLD schools
* SEMH and communication-focused environments
* Mainstream schools with specialist resource bases
Roles are available across all London boroughs, offering full-time, part-time, and flexible start You'll Be Doing as a Speech & Language Therapist working through Hays Education, you will:
* Deliver targeted communication interventions
* Work as part of multi-disciplinary teams (OTs, EPs, SEN teachers, support staff)
* Develop communication plans and therapy programmes
* Support EHCP processes and assessments
* Help pupils build confidence, independence, and essential life skills
What We're Looking For
* HCPC-registered Speech & Language Therapists
* Experience working with children or young people (SEN experience desirable but not essential)
* Strong communication and collaborative working skills
* A commitment to pupil wellbeing and inclusive support
