Location: Bromsgrove
Position Type: Full-time (Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm)
Pay: Starting from £89 per day / £13.86 per hour
Are you passionate about supporting young children in their learning and development? We are currently seeking an Early Years Teaching Assistant to support children with a wide range of SEN. You will be working on a one to one basis assisting with their learning and personal development. This is a full time, long term position with the possibility of going permanent for the right person.
Responsibilities
* Assist in creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
* Support teachers with tailored strategies for pupils with a wide range of challenges
* Build students’ confidence and emotional well-being through patient support
* Help manage the classroom to keep students engaged and focused

* A compassionate and caring individual with experience working in Early Years is highly desired
* Strong communication skills to establish meaningful relationships with students, staff, and families.
* A proactive approach to supporting students' academic, social, and emotional development
