We’re recruiting for an experienced Employment Lawyer to join a nationally recognised Employment team working with a broad range of employer clients, from SMEs to multinational organisations.

The Role
* Managing your own caseload, from advisory matters to Employment Tribunal litigation
* Advising employers on TUPE, restructures, contracts, policies, and senior exits
* Supporting corporate and commercial teams on employment aspects of transactions
* Running tribunal claims end-to-end, including drafting pleadings and advocacy
* Mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to team development
* Supporting business development and client relationships
About You
* 5+ years’ PQE in Employment Law (might have some flexibility)
* Strong experience advising employer clients
* Confident managing tribunal claims from start to finish
* Experience with TUPE and M&A-related employment issues
