As our Night Team Leader you will play a crucial role in ensuring that your team delivers exceptional service throughout the night. Working alongside the Night Manager, you will need to think on your feet, proactively solving problems and be versatile, supporting all hotel departments.

* Lead and motivate your team, ensuring they are skilled and engaged.
* Ensure delivery of brand standards and exceptional service during night shifts.
* Collaborate with all hotel departments and work alongside the Night Manager to problem-solve and adapt to shift needs.
