Key Responsibilities
* Lead SOX implementation and training across the group.
* Build and enhance reporting processes and governance frameworks.
* Identify and mitigate risk through robust internal controls.
* Drive new mandates and process improvements.
* Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
* ACA/ACCA qualified with Big 4 audit background.
* Strong understanding of internal controls and risk management.
* SOX experience highly desirable.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement skills – confident partnering at C-suite level.
