About the Role
The SM S&OP Transformation plays a critical role in leading projects focused on People, Processes & Systems to deliver Cost, Service, Productivity & Forecast Accuracy across the ANZ Zone by collaborating with technical functional leads and peers. The goal is to create a best-in-class S&OP & Logistics organization aligned with the company's ambition to be the preferred supplier to customers.
This senior supply chain position is responsible for driving and executing major projects within logistics, serving as a capability enabler and ensuring a multi-functional approach. The focus is on innovation and developing a future-ready supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement S&OP strategy, including a $21M savings project over 5 years, in collaboration with the S&OP Leadership Team
* Engage with business units to deploy the strategy and monitor performance
* Manage change and drive adoption with functional leads
* Gather data to support strategic planning
* Support Champions projects and facilitate zone discussions to identify impactful levers
* Own the S&OP KPI dashboard, analyze performance, and identify causes of results
* Ensure transparency and accountability in logistics performance reporting
* Conduct internal and external benchmarks to identify best practices
* Maintain stock levels to minimize costs as part of the Optimise savings initiative
* Facilitate knowledge sharing across zones for continuous improvement
* Negotiate contracts with suppliers to optimize costs
* Standardize sustainable processes and tools across zones using Log.os
* Streamline and harmonize S&OP operations for efficiency
* Lead and manage S&OP CAPEX projects across ANZ, including design, planning, implementation, and change management within timelines and budget
About You
* Deep knowledge of supply chain management, S&OP logistics, and industry best practices
* Proficiency in data analysis and relevant tools/software
* Experience in project management and successful project execution
* Familiarity with benchmarking methodologies and applying insights for performance improvement
* Understanding of sustainability principles integrated into S&OP & logistics
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
* Excellent communication skills for influencing senior leaders and simplifying complex concepts
* Leadership skills to influence and collaborate across teams and stakeholders
