Description

As Strategic Partnership Manager, you'll report directly to the Head of Partner Management and serve as the key liaison, managing outsourcing arrangements and critical vendor relationships. This is a unique opportunity to drive business transformation, enhance service delivery, and ensure operational excellence throughout AXA UK and Ireland.

At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. We're also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.

What you'll be doing:

• Build and maintain strong partnerships with external vendors and internal teams to foster collaboration and maximise value.
• Align partner objectives with business goals, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are met while tracking performance and driving efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and cost savings, demonstrating the impact of third-party activities on AXA's profitability.
• Ensure all vendor engagements comply with AXA's risk and control frameworks, safeguarding our customers and our business.
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sourcing strategies that align with industry trends and market dynamics.

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience in vendor management within a complex, matrixed organisation, ideally in the financial services sector.
• Excellent analytical skills with a commercial mindset, capable of developing sound business cases and driving results.
• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders including C-suite executives.
