Temporary Administrator - 3-6 Months contract
Location: Tunbridge Wells
Hours: Monday -Friday 9am-5pm or 10am-3pm or (4-day week also considered)
Pay: £12.21-£14.00 per hour (Dependent on experience)
Start: ASAP
Temporary Administrator required to join small, welcoming, team for a 3-6 month period.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, can communicate confidently over the phone, and is comfortable working independently.
What you'll be doing
Providing day-to-day administrative support to the team
Handling phone calls from clients in a polite, professional manner
Managing emails, booking appointments, updating records
Assisting with general office duties as required
Working independently and staying organised in a quiet, supportive environment
What we're looking for
Strong, confident telephone communication
Reliable, self-motivated and able to work alone
Good general admin and organisational skills
Friendly, professional attitude
Experience in a similar admin role is beneficial
Other information
Flexible hours available for the right candidate (full-time or reduced hours).
Parking available on an ad-hoc basis depending on staff in the office.
