Vehicle Technician
Location: Reading
Salary: Up to £55,000 DOE per annum + Bonus (OTE)
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (Full-Time Hours)
ISQ Recruitment is working with a well-established and growing independent automotive specialist to recruit an experienced Vehicle Technician. Applications are encouraged from qualified Vehicle Technicians with at least 3 years' workshop experience, particularly those confident in diagnostics and fault finding and open to developing their EV skillset.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a range of vehicles
* Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs
* Complete vehicle health checks and identify additional work where required
* Ensure all work is completed to high standards and within set timeframes
Candidate Requirements
* Minimum 3 years' experience as a Vehicle Technician
* Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
* Relevant automotive qualifications (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent preferred)
* Level 3 EV/Hybrid Vehicle qualification preferred
* Willingness to train and develop within hybrid and EV technologies
Working Hours
* Full-time, Monday to Friday
* No weekends (subject to business needs)
