Business Development Manager – Medical Sales (Urology & Continence)

The Role
As Business Development Manager, you’ll be the key point of contact for urology and continence care teams across both hospital and community settings. This is a consultative sales role requiring strong product knowledge, clinical empathy, and the ability to build meaningful relationships with healthcare professionals.
