Opportunity
As Quantity Surveyor, you'll support the commercial delivery of this flagship development, managing cost planning, procurement and commercial reporting to ensure the project delivers on time and budget. Responsibilities
– Prepare accurate cost estimates, forecasts and cash flow analyses for the Wigan Galleries project.
– Manage procurement of subcontract packages, materials and services to deliver best value.
– Produce interim valuations, assess contract variations and administer payments.
– Monitor and report on project cost performance, flagging risks and proposing mitigations.
– Liaise with project managers, subcontractors and the design team to resolve commercial issues.
