Job Description We are recruiting a motivated, organised and enthusiastic Administration Apprentice to join our Christchurch team. Altogether Care is looking for a motivated Apprentice Administrator to join our Care at Home team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience while studying towards a nationally recognised qualification. You will support various administrative functions contributing to the smooth and efficient operation of the business. About The Role: As an Administrator Apprentice, you will play a key supporting role within our offices. What you will do: Support day-to-day office administration. Help maintain accurate client and staff records. Assist with rostering, visits and basic payroll checks. Communicate professionally with staff and service users. Learn care sector systems, processes and compliance requirements. You will also support regular data quality checks, help identify and escalate discrepancies, and contribute to maintaining high standards of accuracy across all administrative processes. This is a varied and fast-paced role where you will learn to prioritise tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and develop strong attention to detail, while being fully supported through your apprenticeship journey. Working 32 Hours Per Week, plus attending 1 day at college.
