Role Overview
This is a full-time role for a Mortgage Paraplanner working with a team of Mortgage Advisers. You will support the operation to deliver a seamless service for our clients.
You will work closely with our team to manage multiple client cases through each step of their mortgage journey. As a key touchpoint for our clients, an understanding of the mortgage process and exceptional communication skills are required.
Key Responsibilities
* Make initial contact with potential clients using our lead-generated data.
* Convert initial client touchpoints into appointments for our Mortgage Advisers.
* Manage multiple client cases simultaneously, liaising with Mortgage Advisers, lenders, and clients.
* Guide clients through the end-to-end mortgage process.
* Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and company standards.
* Assist with paperwork management and follow-ups via various contact methods.
* Work closely with Mortgage Advisers to ensure efficient case progression and provide exceptional service.
* Stay updated with industry-related topics for self-development.
* Build and nurture strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
Key Requirements
* Proven experience in Mortgage paraplanning, administration, or case management.
* Strong knowledge of mortgage and protection processes, compliance, and lender research.
* Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities efficiently.
* Commitment to compliance standards and treating customers fairly.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Team-oriented with a willingness to support and collaborate.
