Reference: 66c55e7e Male Personal Assistant Required – Strood Area A 49-year-old gentleman with a learning disability and Type 2 diabetes is looking for a male Personal Assistant to provide 1:1 support in the Strood area.The role involves supporting the individual at home and in the community, providing emotional support, liaising with the wider support team, and promoting independence. The successful PA must be a driver and be comfortable using public transport when required.A good sense of humour, good listening skills and clear communication skills, the ability to work one-to-one with the client are essential.The individual enjoys swimming, walking, and fun days out, so an active and positive approach is important.
