My client is seeking for an experienced HR Coordinator to join their friendly and supportive HR team on a temporary assignment with a possibility to go to permanent.

Cambridgeshire (On-site flexibility may be considered longer-term)

£17.95 per hour
The Role Reporting into the Head of HR, you’ll be responsible for:
Coordinating recruitment processes and system set-ups
Managing the shared HR in box (first point of contact)
Supporting on boarding & compliance (references, DBS checks)
Assisting with employee benefits administration
Liaising with stakeholders and hiring managers
Providing general HR coordination and HR admin support
What They’re Looking For
Previous experience in an HR Coordinator (or similar) role
A proactive, organised, and hands-on approach
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
