They are seeking a motivated, results driven Property Sales Negotiator to join their busy residential sales team. In this role, you will manage property sales from initial enquiry through to completion, ensuring exceptional service for both buyers and sellers. The position also includes supporting the agency's traditional auction business, assisting with marketing, administration and liaising with all parties throughout the process. Duties of the Property Sales Negotiator: Act as the first point of contact for clients, handling walk ins, calls and emails in a professional and welcoming manner. Register and qualify new applicants, arranging property viewings and gathering detailed feedback for vendors. Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve the best possible outcomes for all parties. Progress agreed sales from offer stage through to exchange and completion. Generate new business opportunities through valuations, viewings and proactive follow up activity. Assist with the preparation, marketing and administration of traditional auction properties. Liaise closely with buyers, sellers, solicitors and other third parties throughout the sales and auction process. Ensure full compliance with relevant legislation and internal company procedures. Maintain accurate and up to date records within CRM systems and internal databases. Experience Required: Previous experience in estate agency sales is preferred but not essential! Confident and professional communicator with excellent verbal and written skills. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to manage sensitive discussions effectively. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple instructions and priorities. Able to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Customer focused with a proactive, solutions driven mindset. Competent in the use of CRM systems and Microsoft Office. Full UK driving Licence is essential.
