Working together with the Director, you'll play a pivotal role in New Product Development, ensuring every launch is smooth, on time, and on budget. What You'll Be Doing Own the supply chain - from production and storage to distribution. Lead NPD readiness - make sure new products hit the market seamlessly. Build strong supplier relationships - sourcing, evaluating, and driving performance. Future-proof the business - develop alternative sourcing strategies and contingency plans. Champion compliance - keep food safety standards and audits on point. Forecast like a pro - maintain accurate demand planning and stock control. Analyse and optimise - track costs, performance, and sustainability metrics. Collaborate across teams - work with Finance on costings and Marketing on launches. Develop your team - support warehouse and operations staff to build capability. What We're Looking For Proven experience in Supply Chain Management and Operations or Logistics within FMCG, food & drink, or manufacturing. Strong supplier management and compliance expertise. Skilled in forecasting, stock control, and demand planning. Tech-savvy with Excel and supply chain systems. Excellent communicator and relationship builder. Analytical, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused. Passionate about ethical, sustainable, and regenerative practices.
