What you'll be doing The successful candidate will join our IT & Data at an exciting time, as we look to adopt a proactive service partnering approach to engage with our customers, colleagues, and stakeholders. You will be working with the IT Infrastructure & Service Manager to provide outstanding focused IT solutions to our work colleagues and customers. You will provide 1st & 2nd line with high standards of customer service to ensure our colleagues IT issues are dealt with in a professional manner ensuring they are kept up to date and working with other IT teams if needed to resolve issues & requests. This is a fast paced role, so ideal for someone who can learn quickly, be organised and able to prioritise work effectively. The role involves; Using out ITSM tool Halo to manage requests and ensure SLA’s are maintained Providing advanced 1st & 2nd line support for core MS solutions & business systems which includes Office 365 / Teams/ Exchange Online, Active Directory /Entra, Azure Virtual Desktop and 8x8 telephony Documenting & sharing knowledge within the department Setting up new hardware such as mobile devices & laptops using MDT & InTune Working with other IT teams, departments & 3rd parties to resolve issues and provide support. When and where you'll be doing it You will enjoy a 37-hour working week and earn an annual salary of £31,248 per annum dependent upon your knowledge, skills and experience.
