Location: Littlehampton, West Sussex
Hourly Rate: £14 - £16 an hour (depending on experience)

Audio Trader is a fast-growing business specializing in the purchase and sale of pre-owned audio equipment. Combining sustainability with technology, we aim to provide a seamless experience for music enthusiasts.
As we expand, we're on the lookout for a Warehouse Assistant to join Audio Trader, this role blends operational know-how with deep musical gear knowledge. In this position, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer orders are processed efficiently, accurately, and to the highest quality standards.
What you might bring:
* Hands-on experience with instruments, interfaces, pedals, speakers, or software (and maybe a knack for testing, troubleshooting, and setting them up).
* Comfortable with operational tasks like stock management, dispatch, picking, packing orders, stock management, and reconciliation.
* You work at pace and are happiest in a dynamic, changing business landscape where adaptability is vital.
* You work diligently and can maintain a clean and safe working environment.
* You have a strong work ethic, attention to detail and communication skills.
About the role:
* You’ll be a key player in day-to-day operations: picking, packing, dispatching, stock management, and managing listings on Shopify and third-party platforms.
* You’ll be a trusted source of product knowledge - someone who can spot a gem, fix an issue, or advise a customer with confidence.
* You’ll help shape the future of Audio Trader as we grow, help feedback on the Operational environment and make improvements to processes.
