We are seeking a Senior Client Service Manager to oversee a portfolio of clients and lead a high-performing team in delivering exceptional accountancy, audit, and tax services. Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services.
* Act as the primary relationship manager, coordinating all client services.
* Lead and mentor a team, setting clear objectives aligned with business strategy.
* Monitor budgets, chargeable hours, and recoverability across the team.
* Conduct annual fee reviews and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
* Organise workflow to maximise team productivity and client satisfaction.
* Support training and development initiatives for team members.
* Promote services to existing and potential clients through networking and engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* ACCA/ACA qualified (or equivalent).
* Proven leadership and team management experience.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* High level of integrity and client confidentiality.
* Excellent time management and organisational abilities.
* Proficiency in relevant IT systems and software.
* Minimum 3 A-levels (grades A–C) or equivalent.
* Minimum 5 GCSEs (including Maths level 7+ and English level 6+).
