Role Overview
To support our growth, we are hiring 2 Account Directors for new customer segments within the Global Enterprise market. You will manage specific enterprise segments, focusing on new business sales from qualification to close, working closely with a BDR for lead generation and pipeline management.
* Regular travel to customer sites and internal meetings in Southampton or London (expenses paid).
Responsibilities
* Manage sales opportunities from Qualification to Close, demonstrating value through discovery, demos, email, and calls
* Nurture customer relationships to increase deal conversion
* Customize presentations based on prospect size, industry, and support needs
* Develop industry knowledge through onboarding, training, and self-learning
* Meet sales metrics, provide forecasts, and report revenue performance
* Research companies using Salesforce, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo
* Collaborate with BDRs to identify and engage target accounts
* Identify and articulate how Benifex can solve customer challenges for an exceptional employee experience
What are we looking for? Experience and Competencies
* Proven experience in closing roles and global enterprise B2B SaaS sales
* Experience with MEDDICC/MEDPICC and value-based selling
* Experience in employee benefits or selling to HR/Rewards leaders is preferred
* Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
* Ability to build long-lasting relationships and influence stakeholders
* Market and business acumen, problem-solving skills
