Solicitor – Employment Law – Bournemouth – 3+ Years PQE

Salary:£55,000-£70,000 (dependent on experience)
A well regarded regional law firm is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join its respected and growing Employment team in Bournemouth. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a diverse range of employment law matters within a collaborative, commercially focused environment that values high quality advice and client service.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for handling a varied and stimulating caseload, including:
* Advising clients on a full range of employment law issues
* Representing clients in employment tribunals and employment related litigation
* Drafting employment contracts, policies, and other key documentation
* Managing new client enquiries and making cross referrals where appropriate
* Conducting legal research and proposing innovative solutions
* Ensuring compliance with firm procedures, including AML, engagement letters, billing, and time recording
* Contributing to thought leadership and knowledge sharing within the team
* Mentoring and supporting junior colleagues
* Participating in business development and marketing initiatives
Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified solicitor with:
* 3+ years PQE in employment law
* Strong technical expertise and the ability to manage a caseload independently
* Excellent client care skills and a commercial approach
* High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities
* A positive, flexible, and team oriented mindset
* Experience in immigration law or willingness to learn (advantageous)
