We are seeking an experienced Site Agent to join a growing civil engineering team delivering water, wastewater, infrastructure and environmental projects across the UK. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the planning, management and delivery of schemes, ensuring projects are completed safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards. This role offers an immediate start Outside IR35 with opportunities to continue onto further long-term projects following the initial assignment. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and manage Construction Phase Plans (CPPs), RAMS, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), programmes and project budgets. * Plan, programme and resource works effectively to achieve project milestones. * Monitor project progress against the programme and implement corrective actions where required. * Ensure full compliance with all company procedures and statutory requirements. * Conduct site inspections, audits and toolbox talks. * Brief site teams on RAMS, safe systems of work and project-specific requirements. * Participate in regular SHEQ audits and client safety inspections. * Ensure works are delivered efficiently and within agreed financial targets. * Maintain accurate records of site activities, resources and project performance.
