We are recruiting for a mobile maintenance electrician based in the East Central Belt Scotland (Edinburgh, Perth, Fife, Dundee) area covering the electrical maintenance of several contracts. The role is a permanent position paying up to £45k depending on experience and qualification level.
Monday to Friday days, 40 hours per week. On call TBA. Van supplied with personal use.
Maintenance Electrician Duties:
Completing PPM and reactive maintenance to:
Electrical systems
Lighting and emergency lighting
Controls and BMS
Basic Plumbingmaintenance
AHU/fan coil upkeep
Fabric duties
Checks and compliance duties including water/tap temps etc.
Small works installation
Emergency repairs
All ad- hoc maintenance tasks
Requirements:
A qualified Electrical Engineer (SNVQ Level 3 or C&G 1 and 2)
17th or18th edition
Previous PPM and reactive maintenance experience
Excellent client facing skills
Valid driving license
