Are you calm, confident, and passionate about supporting young people to make positive choices? We’re looking for a Behaviour Manager to play a key role in maintaining high standards across the school and supporting the pastoral team in delivering consistent and effective behaviour systems.
In this people‑focused role, you will work closely with the Assistant Principal for Behaviour and Attitudes to ensure the smooth daily running of the Reflection Room, lead and manage the detention strategy, and support the wider pastoral team in upholding expectations, routines, and sanctions. If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment, enjoy building positive relationships, and can remain composed under pressure, this could be the perfect role for you.
You are approachable, resilient, and highly organised. You communicate clearly and calmly, even in challenging situations, and you take pride in supporting students to meet expectations and make positive behavioural choices. You enjoy working in a dynamic environment, can manage multiple priorities, and are confident applying behaviour policies and procedures consistently. You work well as part of a pastoral team and are proactive in supporting colleagues where needed.
