Pertemps Network Group are supporting a leading housing provider in recruiting a Resident Engagement Officer ro play a key role in delivering the Councils Resident Involvement Strategy, supporting meaningful and effective engagement with tenants, leaseholders, and wider housing communities. The role focuses on building strong resident networks, supporting Tenant and Resident Associations (TRAs), Champion groups, Sheltered Housing Representatives, and ensuring residents have clear, accessible avenues to influence service improvements. The post holderwill develop partnerships, manage engagement activities, and help strengthen resident voice across all Housing Services.

Key Responsibilities Resident Engagement & Support
1. Support residents to establish new Tenant and Resident Associations (TRAs) and provide ongoing assistance to existing groups to ensure strong, effective engagement.
