Key Responsibilities
- Lead electrical design from concept through to completion across multiple projects
- Act as discipline lead, ensuring technical excellence and commercial awareness
- Design power distribution, lighting, small power, containment and life safety systems
- Produce and review specifications, reports and technical documentation
- Coordinate with mechanical engineers, architects and external consultants to deliver integrated building services solutions
- Mentor and support junior engineers within the team
- Attend client meetings and represent the business with professionalism and confidence
What They Are Looking For
- Proven experience working as a senior electrical building services engineer within a consultancy environment
- Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering
- Chartered status or actively working towards chartership
- Strong understanding of UK building regulations and industry standards
- Proficiency in electrical design software and coordinated design platforms
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage client relationships
