Are you passionate about building strong relationships, delivering excellent service, and creating meaningful customer experiences? We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Internal Account Manager to join our team.
The role
As our Internal Account Manager, you will be the key point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive outstanding support and care. You'll manage regular monthly and quarterly calls to stay connected, address their needs, and identify opportunities to add value across our full product and service portfolio.
Working closely with our Field Sales Representatives, you'll uncover upgrade and cross-sale opportunities. While the account owner will progress these opportunities, you'll be rewarded with commission for identifying them.
This is an exciting role for someone who enjoys nurturing customer relationships, solving problems, and spotting opportunities to help customers get the most from our services.
What You'll Do
Act as the main point of contact for assigned customers, providing excellent service and support.
Conduct regular monthly and quarterly check-ins to maintain strong relationships.
Understand customer needs and ensure they are fully supported beyond direct service interactions.
Identify upgrade and cross-sale opportunities across our product and service range.
Collaborate with Field Sales Representatives to pass on qualified opportunities.
Maintain accurate customer records and activity logs.
Contribute to customer retention, satisfaction, and growth.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in account management, customer experience, or a similar customer-facing role.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
A proactive approach with the ability to identify and act on opportunities.
Organised and detail-oriented with good planning skills.
Comfortable working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
A team player who enjoys collaborating to achieve results.
What We Offer
Competitive salary plus commission for identified opportunities.
Training and support to develop your skills and knowledge.
A collaborative and friendly team environment.
Opportunities for career progression within our growing organisation.
