Job Description

* Act as a liaison between the technology team and business units to ensure alignment.
* Analyse business processes and recommend improvements through IT initiatives.
* Manage IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
* Support the implementation of new systems and provide training where necessary.
* Monitor and report on the performance of implemented technology solutions.
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
* Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for technology-related issues.
The Successful Applicant
A successful IT Business Partner should have:
* Proven experience in IT project management or business analysis.
* Experience in API & EDI
* Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
* Problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical solutions.
* Knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure.
* Capability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
