What You'll Be Doing:
* Delivering pre-planned lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 in the absence of the class teacher
* Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a calm, purposeful learning environment
* Supporting students with their learning and encouraging positive engagement
* Collaborating with school staff to promote academic and personal progress
* Gaining hands-on experience across different subjects and year groups
We're Looking For:
* Individuals with experience working with young people (e.g., coaching, mentoring, tutoring, or support roles)
* Confident communicators who can motivate and manage a classroom
* Adaptable, proactive, and professional individuals with a genuine interest in education
* Those considering teacher training (PGCE, SCITT, or QTS Apprenticeship) or other education pathways
* Reliable, enthusiastic team players ready to make an impact in school communities
