As an integral member of our East Anglia team, your primary responsibilities will centre around HV/LV installations and the oversight of our field operations. More specifically, you will:
* Develop meticulous switching programs and actively contribute to the testing and commissioning of HV/LV distribution systems, including switching operations.
* Champion a culture of safety by implementing robust safety practices, reporting incidents, conducting risk assessments, and facilitating audits to ensure a positive Health and Safety environment.
* Play a pivotal role in team development and continuous improvement efforts, collaborating with the management team to elevate team performance.
