We are currently partnering with a high-growth, acquisitive, international consumer products business (circa £100m turnover / £10m EBITDA) looking to appoint a Group Financial Controller / Finance Director.

This is a senior, technically focused leadership role playing a key part in shaping the financial strategy of a rapidly scaling group operating across multiple jurisdictions.
\n\n
The Role
\n\n
As Group Financial Controller / Finance Director, you will have full ownership of the Group’s Finance, IT and Data functions, with responsibility for:
\n\n
\n\t
* Leading all financial, commercial and statutory reporting across the group
\n\t
* Ensuring compliance with UK and international accounting, tax and regulatory requirements
\n\t
* Acting as the key technical finance advisor to the Board and senior leadership team
\n\t
* Driving robust financial controls, governance and reporting processes
\n\t
* Supporting M&A activity, including due diligence and integration
\n\t
* Leading, developing and motivating a high-performing finance team
\n\n\n
The Person
\n\n
We are looking for a highly capable senior finance professional with:
\n\n
\n\t
* ACA qualification (or equivelant)
\n\t
* Strong technical accounting background within a group environment
\n\t
* Experience in international or multi-entity businesses
\n\t
* Proven ability to build, lead and develop teams
\n\t
* Commercial mindset with the confidence to challenge and influence at Board level
\n\t
* Experience in high-growth and/or acquisitive businesses (highly desirable)
