From this continued success we are now looking to recruit a Monitoring Analyst to allow us to continue our exciting growth plans.

As a Monitoring Analyst, you will play a crucial role in a delivering the Monitoring Framework, carrying out reviews, and producing reports that contribute to a strong compliance culture and fair customer outcomes. This role is ideal for someone with early career compliance experience looking to further develop their skills in monitoring, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance within financial services.
Role responsibilities
* Perform compliance monitoring activities, including file reviews, QA testing, and thematic reviews, in line with the monitoring framework.
* Identify, document, and escalate findings, supporting the tracking and closure of remedial actions.
* Assist with the production of monitoring reports and management information.
* Provide day-to-day compliance support, responding to regulatory queries and contributing to fraud prevention activities.
* Maintain accurate monitoring documentation and support governance processes.
* Work collaboratively across the business to promote regulatory understanding and a strong culture of compliance.
Key skills required
* Previous experience in a compliance, assurance or risk role within financial services.
* Knowledge of FCA regulations
* Proactive and inquisitive approach with a willingness to learn.
* Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
