We are seeking a Procurement Business Partner to provide comprehensive procurement support across UK contracts, ensuring the effective implementation of supplier agreements and contract-specific flow-down clauses. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to uphold high performance standards across planned and preventative work packages., We are looking for someone who can work closely with stakeholders to deliver robust procurement processes, manage supplier performance, and drive contractual compliance. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining governance, mitigating risk and ensuring that contractual obligations are met across the estate.,
Responsibilities
* Support procurement activity across UK contracts, ensuring effective implementation of supplier agreements.
* Lead the drafting, negotiation, and compliance of contracts.
* Manage supplier performance, including KPIs and SPIs.
* Ensure contract terms and flow-down requirements align with client expectations.
* Work cross-functionally to support stakeholder alignment and effective contract delivery.
* Drive risk mitigation processes and ensure strong contractual governance.
* Maintain oversight of contractual compliance and issue resolution.
* Contribute to the effective management of planned and preventative work packages.

* Strong procurement and contract management expertise.
* Demonstrable contract drafting and negotiation skills.

* Proven experience in supplier relationship management.
