Your role:
* Coordinating day-to-day operations in order processing, from order acceptance to shipment
* Serving as the point of contact for customers
* Recording and monitoring safety stock levels
* Managing consignment inventory
* Initiating internal escalations
* Recording customer complaints
* Preparing reports for customers
Your qualifications:
* Completed vocational training in a commercial field, such as industrial clerk, office clerk, wholesale and foreign trade clerk, or a comparable field
* Previous work experience in one of the above-mentioned areas is a plus
* Ideally, an interes in technology
* You enjoy working in a team and communicating with customers, manufacturers and colleagues
* You have very good English and Microsoft Office skills and already have some experience with SAP
